Green Smoothie and Embroidery project in the works...

Today I'm making a blueberry and greens smoothie for breakfast.  (Scroll down to see my recipe).
I'm also experimenting with embroidery.  I'll share with you a tea towel I've been adding some stitches to.  It's turning into a stitch sampler.  I haven't done embroidery in a few years and had forgotten how much fun it is to create something with my hands.  It's especially relaxing on a winter evening in front of the fire with a podcast going.  Slow stitching is meditative and helps you to relax after a long day at work.

Smoothie recipe:
Banana, Blueberry and salad Greens smoothie:

One serving: One frozen banana (great way to use up brown bananas), 1 cup Almond milk, 1 handfull salad greens, 1/2 cup blueberries, sprinkle of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon ground Flax seed.
