Hereā€™s a delicious way to add Spring greens šŸ„¬ to breakfast.

Breakfast tartineĀ  with greens, roasted fiddleheads and fresh ricotta cheese.

I usedĀ @calabrocheeseĀ Di Bufala that came in our cheese of the month club box fromĀ @murrayscheeseĀ - fabulous!! Use the best French bread you can find then drizzle with fresh lemon juice and olive oil.Ā 
To roast theĀ #fiddleheadsĀ first toss with lemon zest, olive oil and salt- cook for 12 min. šŸ‘Œ šŸ˜‰
