Here’s a delicious way to add Spring greens 🥬 to breakfast.
Breakfast tartine with greens, roasted fiddleheads and fresh ricotta cheese.
I used @calabrocheese Di Bufala that came in our cheese of the month club box from @murrayscheese - fabulous!! Use the best French bread you can find then drizzle with fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
To roast the #fiddleheads first toss with lemon zest, olive oil and salt- cook for 12 min. 👌 😉
