What's for breakfast in New England today? I'm making a wintery citrus chia pudding with maple syrup.
I love how the bright citrus flavors balance out the creamy chia pudding.
Add a little extra maple syrup if you like... and if you can find Blood Orange flavored Kefir use that in place of plain Kefir. It's super yummy!
Prepare this recipe a day ahead to give the pudding extra time to set and to make your life easier in the morning.
