In a world where cauliflower is coral pink...  Last week I discovered that roasted cauliflower is pretty darn good. Simple to do too! Add olive oil & salt, Roast in an oven with lid on for 25 min (set to 350 ) remove lid and continue to roast for 25 min more. Yum! -Try it out and let me know what you think. -Sandra
