Have you ever used chive blossoms in your cooking?
The blossoms have a bit of a kick...a little bit spicy and peppery. They taste great with fried eggs and goat cheese.
The chives in my garden here in Massachusetts are just starting to flower. (That's a photo below of my garden.) Do you have an herb garden or grow herbs in your kitchen?
