Shipping & Returns
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. In most cases orders are mailed via. USPS. We'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once order is shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally. Check back in a few months and we may have added international shipping then.
Do you accept returns?
We hope that you'll be happy with our products but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to refund your order within 30 days of purchase for full priced items that are not used.
Items purchased on Sale are not eligible for return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please email email@example.com to indicate that you plan on returning an item and include the tracking number of the shipment. To be eligible for a return, your item must first be returned to us. Once your returned item is received we will then send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A refund will be then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please make sure you use a form of shipment that includes tracking as we can not be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All Sales are final. No refunds will be issued for items purchased on Sale.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product first contact us by email at email@example.com to receive the return to address.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance.
