Can I quit at any time?
Yes! Our subscription is pay-as-you-go, and you may cancel anytime. Our VIP membership is for one year, and you can also cancel at any time. We can’t reimburse a pro-rated amount of the membership fee, but you will still receive your discount and other benefits for the entire year.

What about shipping?
Subscribers receive discounted shipping of $2.99 per order (regular $4.99). All orders over $50+ ship free!

Can I be both a subscriber and a VIP?
You can, but I’m not able to offer stacked discounts. If you want to receive regular deliveries of our Swedish dishcloths, please become a subscriber. If you also want to shop for yourself or gifts at other times of the year, you can always add a VIP membership!
